Want to paint/spray my kitchen cupboards but need something that doesn't chip and I can clean

My kitchen is awful and needs a makeover but we are skint.
Need a good paint that doesn't chip (if that exists)

you could probably get something that has a topcoat that you put on after to avoid the chipping etc.

no idea what though, just thinking of all those DIY programmes that are on so tehre must be something.

I did this with my last kitchne ,it worked really well.It was plasticote spray paint.
I tool the doors off and cleaned really well first. Lasted for yrs,def worth doing.I sprayed them cream.

I painted mine with crown kitchen cupboard paint. Worked really well. They wipe clean easily and don't chip much!-you'll see that you don't realise how many bangs your cupboards get until you have something that chips coming off them!!

I've used cupboard paint too. Very quick and easy, and seems to work well.

I used Farrow & Ball Oil based eggshell on my last kitchen - lasted really well and I loved the colour. I had it for 6 or 7 years and it was very durable.
