Has anyone on here used Huggle?

They took my money messed me around for 3 weeks, the bloom high chair never arrived and the bed was faulty.

They eventually refunded the high chair but no word about the bed

Now the owner is leaving negative fake reviews for my business

He's done it to someone else too. V Distressed. Any suggestions? I would like my money back for starters

I complained and complained. No one listened. My company details were tracked based on my private information given to these people to deliver baby furniture. Not to leave false reviews on my fire engineering business that they never used. This violates GDPR regulations and Google review policy. Still this is not enforced.

My business is a female minority led engineering start up in a male dominated field. I’ve worked so hard to set up my business.

I tried tackling the false reviews on Google by responding but more and more accounts were adding false reviews. I only deal with a small number of people at any given time which made all the reviews unusual. And not a consumer/product related business.

My business has been directly affected by being bombarded by false reviews on Google! My business revenue dropped dramatically. Clients who were chasing me to do their work decided to go elsewhere. This happened overnight. Very depressing. So I removed my listing from Google. Google no longer gets ad revenue from my business.

MumsNet contacted me today, asking to take my post down if it has flase information (Ha!) I guess it’s because of your recent post. As my post is so old! The complainant is saying that these are false claims ie defamation. I know I’m not the only one and want to warn vulnerable cash strapped parents, trying to get a too good to be true deal. (It doesn’t exist, sorry)

Can you believe these people are listed on Goop? Grin

Also don’t use language discussing the mental health of the Huggle person antagonising you. Google review policy protects this and will delete the review
