Im liking this more and more from what I can see over the internet.

Any owners out there PLEASE give me your honest opinions.

I especially like the idea of the surfer board so DD1 can still hitch a ride! (She will be 3.4yrs when DC3 arrives!)

TIA x

hmm, not sure about it for your combination. I had a powertwin for my dts and lvoed it. As they got older though, it became more unstable up and down the curbs.
The front seat doesn't recline fully, so you would have to put the baby in the back. With the seat reclined at the back, there isn't going to be a lot of room for dd1 on that surfer board. Plus, with a toddler in the front it is going to be awkward to push.
The jane twin two might be a bit more stable.

I don't really think you will need anything for dd1 by that age. How about a nipper?

I had a powertwin and loved it. Eldest was 3.5 , middle manky was 22 mths when the baby arrived. Eldest wlaked everyehere at that point, never used a buggy board on it. Had to sell due to DD out growing it aged 3 and got a nipper 360 double. The powertwin was fine, i never had stability issues even with my lump of a dd in the front! Down sides were the raincover...hated it, either on or off and if you put it under the buggy in the piddling basket then there was no room for anothing else. I got a good amount for it on resale too, even though it had constant use for a year!
