flying tiger return without receipt

I had bought a bullet journal from flying tiger and i am wanting to return it. I don't have the receipt anymore so I'm wondering if i would be able to return the book and exchange for something else. On the website it doesn't mention how to return without the receipt. Does anyone else know?

Most places would allow if still in packaging etc. Will be at current selling price. If you don't want a wasted journey you could phone the shop?
