Electronic organiser with touch pen

Would like to get one. Not really after too much on it. Would use it for a diary more than anything so any other accessory on it an extra.
Can anyone recommend a good one please?

Acer N35. More of a PDA than just an organiser. Diary, contacts, notepad, etc., and you can also put Tomtom on if you buy an extra storage card. Going for around £90 on ebay at minute.
