Question about sterilisers.

Quick question...

Do you have to use the same brand bottles that the steriliser is?

i.e. can you use Tommee Tippee bottles in an Avent steriliser?

TIA Smile

You may struggle to fit the bottle in properly but yeah if the bottle fits use any sterilizer

I wouldn't bother. Big bowl, Milton tablet, cold water. Works just as well and far more convenient when visiting family etc. I had the steam steriliser for baby 1 and found the cold water version with baby 2 so much better

It was seeing that's what they give you in hospital that convinced me

Have an avent steriliser and mam bottles and it works perfectly. Before had a tommee tippee steriliser and that worked perfectly too (but didn't last long).

My husband doesn't like the idea of Milton residue on the babies bottles so it's always steam or (when on holiday) boiling in just water for us.
