I think they do them in Asda.

Joe1 - thanks for the tip, checked it out and Spiderman has taken over from Barney in the cake stakes - Barney no longer lives on in icing form!!
I thought he was so popular these days....

Asda seem to have a new service where they'll transfer a photograph onto a cake (no idea how it's done). So perhaps you could take in a picture of Barney for them to do this...

I have seen Barney cake tins, a cake decorating/party shop near me used to sell them or hire them (not sure whether they still do) - I made one for ds - he seemed pleased with it (although he was only two).

Why not get a normal sponge and some of that roll out icing. Roll it out to cover the cake, find a picture you can sacrifice by putting it on the cake. Then place a plate the size of the picture on the icing and cut out the shape and then put the piccie under the icing. R

sb34, I've never (until now) heard of another child who loves Randall. My dd (aged 3) absolutely loves him, and goes to bed every night cuddling her cuddly Randall. She's even made up a song about him "Randall is a naughty boy" (sung to the tune of "merrily we roll along". I think she likes him because she can identify with his "naughtiness"

One of my sons has a very soft spot for Randall too- though he thinks his name is Vandal!

We got the cuddly Randall from the Disney store - when I say cuddly, I mean made of a soft material, rather than plastic - I don't think Randall would be pleased to be referred to as "cuddly".
