I am also also deeply disappointed with GLTC, and since April have been seeking a refund for my goods returned and an apology for them making countless mistakes relating to my (<£50!)order, the most distressing of which was suggesting my neighbour report me to the police for arranging delivery of my items to her address. Long long story..... I have chased about this over a dozen times by phone and their 'helpusbegreat' email address. I still have received no reply, and am always fobbed off with a promise the customer services director will get back to me, but he/she never does.
