I was given a jml mandolin slicer thing as a gift but when i try to slice things like carrots jullienne it wont slice no matter how hard i try, also with potatoes it cuts part way and gets stuck.
When you see chefs using these things or the adverts they are suppose to do these tasks easily, has anyone got one that they can reccommend?
