What do I do?

I’ve called them and left a voicemail.

When I speak to them, am I meant to ask them if they would prefer to pay or go through their insurance? I’m confused. Any advice appreciated!

I'd start by just seeing if you can txut and polish it out. An hour of polishing is less work than having to potentially deal with insurers

Thanks, the scuff is quite deep in places so t-cut will only be able to help a bit. I’ve offered for the other person to pay directly rather than go through her insurance. I’m hoping it can be settled quickly.
