Hi catgirl - I guess from jampot's post that the company she suggests does a "dry clean" using chemicals? If you'd like the alternative steam clean method, I've used a young man named Bill Beaumont who works for himself. He's dependable and trustworthy. He arrives with equipment in his van, and gets right to work. He's very good about placing foil under all furniture legs so the carpet doesn't get stained, and is young/fit so can shift heavy pieces if needed. Not sure if he works in E9, but it's worth a try.
