Just wanted other ladies views and opinions on what you've found to be the best contraception that suits you and why? Or any experiences on certain ones good or bad?
I've only ever taken the pill years ago but can't remember which one... but I forgot a lot of the time 🤦🏼♀️ not sure what to go for? :)
