woah
i thought it was a thing you pull with your bike when i first looked

belgo · 28/06/2007 10:44

Why are you speechless? Those bicycle cars are used all over Belgium and Holland to transfer children in an economic (in comparison to cars), environmentally friendly and convenient manner. They carry up to two children.

belgo · 28/06/2007 10:46

Ahh - it's for dogs, yes I have seen them sold in Belgium - not cheap either.

nappyaddict · 28/06/2007 10:50

i thought it was to pull with your bike at first too but they don't normally have a handlebar?

My friend has one.

It is a pushchair and it can be converted to go on the back of a bike.

nappyaddict · 28/06/2007 10:51

oh well that makes sense then. i just thought it was a pushchair.

the ones for children are very very popular, in fact, I've been thinking about getting one myself.

MrsCarrot · 28/06/2007 11:01

It's quite good. There is a crib part which slots in next to the older child and they're very cosy and contained. The baby is older now and they look sweet with their heads poking out.

My neighbour puts his dd and baby in a huge bucket kind of thing on the front. It looks quite strange but does the job.
