Has anyone else placed an order with Festive Studio in good time to find they have yet to receive items?
I placed an order on the 25th of November for a letter from Santa amongst a few other items. I got a confirmation saying delivery in 3-10 days, then a further notice in the 5th Dec to say it was about to be despatched. 10 days later on the 15th after hearing nothing, I messaged them as I still had not be sent a dispatch notification, and I was told to expect one. They then decided via a FB post they could no longer answer anyone's queries via email or messenger about deliveries and posted on their site that all orders would be definitely dispatched over the weekend up to the 16th of Dec. Well, safe to say here we are at the 16th, and no idea if I will be getting my sons items. They won't answer questions on their posts in FB, removing anything remotely negative, and although they have absolutely committed to everyone's stuff going OUT before Christmas ,they have not committed to saying you will get it quickly, stating 1-4 days delivery. So if they post on the 17th, that's potentially the 21st, not the 'well before Christmas' they advertise. Feeling really frustrated that they are just taking more and more orders and aren't being completely transparent about when they will be getting it sent, and they aren't giving people a point to communicate their unease and request refunds.
