Mclaren Quest or Triumph

I am looking for a buggy to use at the airport and on holiday. The Mclaren Quest and Triumph look suitable. Can anyone recommend one over the other for these purposes? I think they both recline.

I think the quest reclines a bit more. If you are going somewhere hot, remove the hood bit, it's bloody useless unless it's raining and makes the whole thing so much more portable. Take a parasol though.

Is it worth ditching my pramette for one, weightwise?

I have found them to be weightwise, lighter as I had a graco travel system with DS. The quest is certainly doing DD ok at the moment, she is only 21 weeks so only goes in it for brief periods, before that I had a pram which doubled up as a carrycot, she will be coming out of it on our next holiday and be sleeping in a travel cot.

How old is your baby?

The recline is different on them - the triumph has a strap to adjust - not sure if you can recline it with a kid in there

DS is 5 months old. I'm wondering if he could sleep in a Quest during the daytime if we are away from our accommodation or by the pool. There is a cot in our room, and I don't want to take a travel cot, but at the moment he spends a lot of time sleeping in a Bugaboo in pram mode. The Bugaboo has many strengths, but a travel pram it is not...

The Quest has a leg extender - it makes it a wee bit more comfy for them, imo. I have used one for both of my children and found them to be great. We first bought it for taking on hols and it did a perfect job, ds slept in it no prob at all.
