ELC Product recall - Knick Knack Knobs

I got a letter today, re the above toy, which I got on mail order a year ago.
There is a potential manufacturing fault - the battery compartment may come loose releasing small parts - on all knick knack knobs sold since July 2003.
They are requesting the toy is returned to them direct or via their stores for a refund.

If you're not sure if you have it, its the round toy, with little shapes round the edge. The middle is solid and if you press the circle in the middle, it plays a little tune and the lights flash

Again, thanks for letting us know, bought one a couple of months ago, unfortunatly its dds favourite toy.

I had this letter too. Luckily ds has sort of grown out of it.

Thanks for posting that Lisa. I also saw the recall ad in the Mail one day this week. I went to boots today where I bought it and exchanged it for another toy.
