Robeez baby/toddler shoe...Not sure what size to get

I want to order my Ds (20mths) some of these to wear as slippers as I can't get any ordinary slippers to fit him.

His feet measure as a 5 in Clarks and are quite wide.

Going by the size chart on the Robeez website he only needs age 12-18 mths.
Obviously as he is nearly 2 I was wondering if this is right.

Anyone know if they are on the small or large size and if I should stick to 12-18mths or get a larger size ???

Nutty, never bought Robeez but my dd had bobux from birth (cos the stupid car seat had velcro on it which stuck to her socks, not 'cos she was walking lol!) and the 6-12 months ones only just fitted at 11 months but the 0-6 months she outgrew at six months. I would go by the length of them rather than the age sizes personally as otherwise he will be tripping over the excess leather at the front. HTH

I've found for my son that they tend to run a bit small. He was in the 12-18 mo. at about 9 mo, and now at 12 mo. he doesn't have much more to go before he is out of that size. They are great shoes though! About as addictive as MN. Around here there are about 10 of us that belong to the "cult of the Robeez".

I bought my dd a gorgeous pair with cupcakes on when she was 15 months old in size 12-18 months and they were perfect for her and still fit now at age 18 months. Although she is now in Start Right first shoes and they are 4½. I would say they are pretty spot on for sizing but I would probably get your son 18-24 months at least because we did find them quite tight round the ankles and she always had to wear them with socks or they really pinched.
That said they are the best soft shoes I have tried and the styles are just adorable!

can't help you with the sizes but they recently had a buy one, get one free on their website. Some yummy designs!! Bought a few pairs......and they are proudly made in Canada!

I would say the 12 - 18 months ones would be OK too. Have you tried a great website called purpleheart.com? They have a great selection of different ones. DS (16months) has the suede toggle ones and they are so cool!

Thanks guys, just need to decide which design to get now and i'll be sorted.

Think I have heard of Purpleheart.com Poppyseed, but i'd forgotten about it so i'm off to have a look.
