Hi looking for advice, has anyone bought from thewomanstuff company looking to buy the magic iron and not sure if the company is a scam or legit , thank you.

Hi I didn't order in the end , as I'd seen other people saying theirs hadn't turned up , will you let me know , when did you order ?

Only today rang PayPal and cannot cancel the order but am protected but cannot do anything for 7 days xx

Was just coming in here to ask for reviews if the same product. Didn't even enter my head that it might be a scam. Watching with interest...

I ordered one! Very little information available about the company and they've reported everyone who has left reviews on trip advisor. I used a credit card to make payment. Has anyone received their iron?

When did you order I seen it takes 2-10 days for delivery , hopefully you get them , but by the looks of it , it's a scam .

I've ordered one on the 15th October and when I logged in to my account it said it had been fulfilled, despite the fact I got no confirmation of date of delivery- just some vague one about it will be delivered up to 10 days. I sent them a message and reported it to PayPal and when I tried to log back in to my account it said I didn't have an account. They have contacted PayPal and said that Yodel have delivered. This is rubbish and I'll put money on Yodel not having a clue about it!

No but got a refund via PayPal. Big campaign group on fb a lot of people have been scammed.

I don't understand how they got away with it for so long, and I reported them t Facebook, as soon as I thought it was a scam , and nothing got done !!

Definitely a scam got sent tracking details which don’t exist.
PayPal issued a refund today xx

Glad you've managed to get a refund and thanks for the warning. I've seen these on FB and thought they looked great! Will cross them off my Christmas list...!

I ordered the Magic Iron through FB from an entity called myukiron. I received the Magic Iron today. I opened the box to inspect and the iron appears to be stuck in the closed position. I cannot open it up to accept hair. I hate to force it, as I do not want to break it. I'm afraid I have been scammed. I have not tried plugging it in as I cannot access the power button which is inside the two "arms" of the iron that I cannot open. Any ideas anyone?

I would just ask for a refund.

I finally received my magic iron but what a load of rubbish it is. There's no manufacturers name, no safety warnings, no return address to send it back, no guarantee and when I used it it the one and only time it wouldn't even go through my hair. Don't trust this product! Certainly not ceramic or titanium as promised. Just gold coloured metal that will surely damage your hair. I got a refund from PayPal!
