TP Explorer climbing frame- platform problem

Hi has anyone else got this frame? Not had it long but noticed the platform part is severeing/ripping on one of the loops that join it to the frame, the bit under/near to the slide. Has this happened to anyone else? ELC and TP keep telling me to ask the other for an exchange.

They changec the platform to a mesh as it used to be sheet plastic I look at mien very closely as it looks like it could easily give way...
I'd say it's ELC's job to give you a refund or exchange and then take it up with their supplier presumably TP
