A friend took me and my lo out and we were parked at a garden centre that didn't have a lot of space. I went to put my baby in the car seat and the door swang open and hit another slightly I wasn't sure if there was a small scratch and the driver came over and think there was but they didn't say anything to us. I'm not sure if they took a picture of her number plate. If they didn't talk to us could they still claim? As a non driver I don't have insurance
