Is there anywhere on the web I can get them cheap - DD loves them and they are proving great on long journeys (especially on plane and beach too for getting some uninterupted sunbathing!!)

Have a look on ebay, there's usually a few hanging around.

A bit cheeky, but I borrow them from the library and then record them!

Good idea - will have to see if our stereo has 2 tape thingys though!!

Twinkie, how about making a recording of yourself reading her favourite stories. Bet she'd love that !

Bloody Hell - she would probably hate it and ask for a proper tape - I made her a book and she said it wasn;t as good as the shop ones (loads of effort too!!!) and would never eat homemade food but would gobble jars when she was younger!!

She is a true consumer just like her mummy!!
