my 3 year old just dont like the raincover over his buggy, he kicks it off and tries pulling it if he can, have any 1 had this behavour before any sugestions please, just orried that he will tear it, why is it they dont like

I can understand it really, it can't be nice to be enclosed in some steamy smelly plastic. What about something like This

My DS also doesn't like it - he destroyed his - just before DD destroyed buggy (far too heavy!). I use over-trousers & waterproof jacket. And, if he really doesn't like the rain, an umbrella! He likes this - looks a bit geeky - but who cares?!

Thanks yes its not just my little one that doesnt like the raincover on then :) i suppose they must smell after a while on them and being plastic they will, when i have got it out and put it over him i have noticed the strong plastic smell from the raincover but never took much notice if its on he wont eat anything in his pushchair and i just thought a typical 3 year old just playing me up for the sake of it
