Anyone used a Billy Blanks Tae Bo exercise video/dvd ???

Just wondered really.
My friend recommended it as she had the video and used it after she had her Ds.
She has a fab figure (size 6 ), and looks like she's never had kids.

I have ordered his Abs and Glutes dvd but am wondering if i'll end up shoving it to the back of the shelf.

I bought one of his videos from Ebay and I found it good. It is sort of boxing/dancing and although I use it with others to try and stop it becoming too boring doing the same over and over again, it is good fun

I think Freckle mentioned some Tae Bo video on a meet-up - not sure if it's the same one though. My SIL raves about it though!

Oh good. My friend reckons it really helped get her stomach back the way it should be (not that she ever had one you understand).

Think I may have to close the blind whilst doing it though

I may do it in the afternoon when Ds is in bed and dd's are at school, that way i won't get laughed at.
