Want to buy dh an mp3 player for the car

Can anyone recommend one? I've been looking online and I know I'll have to get a device for it to play through his car radio - but what should I be looking out for when buying an mp3 player for the car?

There is currently a Kenwood mp3 player on offer at Halfords. It's £79.99 instead of £150. I've got a Kenwood and it's great!
It's the car type though, not a portable mp3 player.
