Avoid avoid. This was the 4th firm this week who were to measure and give me a quotation. They were the ONLY firm who rang in the middle of the 12-3 time slot to check I was home! I said I was and was waiting and then got a tirade from rep about how people, in his job, made appointments and were then not at home, . . . . on and on it went until I said I was at home and was waiting and when could I expect him to arrive. Offhandedly he said "within the next 30 minutes". Time slot was 12-3, phone call around 2pm. By 3.15 no one arrived so this was outside the "30 minutes" AND outside the 12-3 timeslot. I rang HO and told them to get a message to rep to say not to bother calling. Was asked to hold on to which I replied that I had said what had occurred and did not intend to hold on and to PLEASE DEAL WITH IT. I hung up. Avoid Avoic Avoid.
