anyone got a graco duosport?

I like the look of the stripey one in Argos. It's for a 2.6 year old and a 10month old, it needs to fold up smallish, and stay balanced even with the 2.6 in or out of it.

Also if it fits a buggy board on the back would be a bonus...

yes its lovely, colour is called milano- go somewhere other than argos to buy it though, their returns policy for pushchairs is crap!

Buggy board can be put on the back!

I take it you have one?

Is it easy to push? If the 2.6 gets out will it be a pain in the bum?

How is the raincover?

hazy- you're talking about the wrong pushchair- thats the stadium duo!

I did have a duosport a few years ago, but now i concentrate on selling them!

I run a few baby shops and the graco range is a stable range in all the shops!

sorry- very well weighted, doesn't matter if you only have the one in there! also folds very easily and clips together.

Raincover wise, i think that the packages which include a 'FREE' raincover (but are a tenner more expensive) are worth avoiding- we sell them with ventalux raincovers separatly as the graco ones never seem to reach beyond the seats!

lunavix · 08/06/2007 18:08

oooh nearlythere do you sell that one then?

I'm deciding between that or a maclaren. The stupid thing is, I have to buy that new or the maclaren I like second hand, as the one is like is the rally which doesn't appear to be made anymore.

I like the design of the duosport, and the umbrella-ness of the maclaren.

How much do you sell them for?

I'd go for the duosport- umbrella folding twins can get weakened by the uneven weight distribution of a baby and toddler- the duosport is flat fold so this problem is overcome!

We do the duosport and ventalux raincover for £130 fully assembled and checked (inc wheel bearings/washers!). Have you got a local indepandant nursery retailer? They will on the whole be a far better bet- they know their products better and you know that if there is a problem then it will be sorted out much easier!
