hi all

we'd like to get a cheap video and dvd player conmbined for what has now become our son's 'playroom' (hence cheap, DH demands Sony for himself but DS can watch anything!!).

DH seesm to think we should be able to get something half decent for under £100 but my latest search on google didn't come up with much.
Does anyone have any information by any chance?

thanks in advance

My dad is a gold member with Great Universal and he got a special offer of a DVD/VCR by Bush for £75. He ordered me one, which is great BTW. Do you know anyone with this cataloge who could order you one?

You can get good deals at Tescos Extra, who do all the value brands.

We recently bought a Technika dvd/video combi from our local Tesco superstore - cost about £109 I think. Very happy with it; looks much more expensive than it was and functions fine.
Never heard of Technika before though!
