Amazon help needed!

DD wants to buy some coloured pencils that cost £3.25 and are an add on item. She also wants a makeup bag that costs 12.79 and a tablet case costing £7.99. The makeup bag and tablet case together cost £20.78 so over the £20 threshold to release add on items, but Amazon won't allow this. The total cost for the three items shows as £24.03 but Amazon won't release the pencils as they say the order total without them is only £11.24. It is only counting the pencils and tablet case in the total! Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Amazon are not replying to our messages regarding this.

I think the.make up bag is a 3rd party seller not sold by amazon

MyDcAreMarvel · 02/09/2018 22:53

Make up bag will be third party seller and not prime.

GreenTulips · 02/09/2018 22:53

The £20 has to be from Amazon rather than and indenpendant seller

Can you check?

Haggisfish · 02/09/2018 22:53

It’s onmy on items that are marketed as being fulfilled by amazon. So the £20 has to be made up of amazon products, not third party suppliers. Does that make sense?

Thin you for your help, that makes total sense although I always thought items with Prime delivery were fulfilled by Amazon. Every day is a school day.
