100% cotton duvet covers for kids - where to find?

My kids like all the usual 'theme' duvet covers (spiderman, Bob, Harry Potter etc) but they all seem to be 50% cotton/50% polyester.
I hate polycotton bedding, and it makes them all hot & smelly....

Can I get anything 'themed' in 100% cotton anywhere?

They certainly used to do 100% cotton children's bedding in Next, may be worth a look.

I love 100% cotton myself but am a bit embarrassed that I have bought the 50/50 stuff for the kids!

I'm pretty sure Ikea do 100% cotton bedding, but don't think they'll do "themed" stuff as such.

La Redoute and Vert Baudet have some, and they're not very expensive.
