I bought a lovely one in Asda for about £7, they had a matching umbrella, hat and wellies in the same pattern too.

This isn't specifically a girls' one, but it wouldn't look out of place on a girl and is very nice indeed (we just bought it for ds)

it is a lovely lightweight yet smart fabric and packs down into a pocket with its own carry strap. Ds loves it.

I bought dd(3 1/2yrs) a cute butterfly rain poncho when we were at bird world the other day. Its exactly the one shown here, there are a few different designs on ebay and I am sure someone else must sell them on the web.
Dd loves hers to bits and it comes with a carry bag to pack it into.
