Um, I don't know if you have it over there (am in US), but we have used several kinds at various friend's houses, and the Fisher Price Stride-to-Ride walker was the easiest one for my son to use and the one we ended up getting.

I disliked the stride to ride as it seemed to do neither thing well, and for the money I could have got both a decent block trolley and a cheap (but safe) ride on. The Stride to Ride doesn't have a steering wheel and the wheels don't turn corners well enough to be any use for my racing driver son. However I believe from others that their kids don't steer with the wheel on their ride ons so maybe we are unusual.

We had the Chicco Sit-on car/Rocker/Push-along with activity tray although by the time dd had it she was walking anyway. It is still in use and she turns 3 next week. You can also use the parent handle to push it before they can get along on their own which is good if you plan to take it out. Didn't get as much use as anticipated but then we already had other sit on and ride toys. We also had a brick trolley but they tend to run away with them or tip when they start to learn to walk and put a lot of weight on them.

We were given the v v v annoying VTech walker but I was planning on buying the Stride to Ride. Many friends have it & say it's great.
