An ex-work colleague of mine used to buy from Gap in the USA, and they used to split her parcels up so she didn't get charged import duty. That would be 3 or 4 years ago now so don't know if they've changed their shipping policy to exclude UK.

Not tried it myself as I avoid Gap due to their child labour transgressions (insert annoyingly smug emoticon).
