Wedding gift HELP.

We are going to wedding very soon, and have no idea what to take as a gift.

Its close family, but we don't know know the couple too well. They've been together for years, have grown up kids etc. So obviously they have all the house bits etc and aren't going on honeymoon.

Any ideas? Because at that rate I'm going it'll be twenty quid in a card!

Maybe a voucher for a nice dinner for the two of them

Can’t go too far wrong with a bottle of champagne!

I think the voucher for a restaurant is a lovely idea! I know if i received money it would inevitably get spent on mundane day to day expenses so giving a gift that will be enjoyed by the couple is fab! And Im not married myself but have heard a lot about feeling a bit deflated after a wedding when the fuss has died down so a romantic evening would be great to look forward to!

Theatre or cinema vouchers
