not quite standard pushchair question

Right here is the dilemma. We are off on hols in 2 weeks (easy jet flight) and as someone on the travel boards pointed out my pushchair (not an umbrella fold, heavy and movable seat) may not be all that practical. Now I could just go and buy myself a Maclaren type thing which will do for toddler hood too BUT?.
A friend is bringing (from overseas) a mountain buggy for upright pushchair action so I don?t realy want to invest in a new pushchair as one is on its way in July. A really cheap folding buggy would do, but as ds is only 3 months (and v little) we need one that lies almost flat so that he can recline/sleep. Does anyone have any recommendations for cheap and reclining?

i have a graco citisport, paron, bag, raincover for £30. lies flat.

I have just won a brand new maclaren quest on ebay for £46! so you might get a bargin on there. I don't think the quest lays down flat enough for a 3 month old tbh.
Would recommend the mamas and papas pulse, it lays down virtually flat and can be bought very cheap second hand, I think I sold mine for about £30-£40 a while ago.

hi all thanks for advice- have ended up getting 2nd hand jane energy- await its arrival but i think it should be fine. Now just the fear factor of taking a 4 month old on holiday!
