What about a seat to go or just a buggy board?

both seat to go and buggy voards mean you have to lean right forward to reach your buggy handles, the child is totally in the way
with this one there are to the side and you walk next to them.

I saw one of those at Kew Gardens. It looked like it got in the way a bit.

I didn't have too much trouble with my seat to go. But i am tall so i guess that makes a difference if your not tall.
