I don't know her that well but really like her and want to get her something great. She probably wouldn't like a big spa day (my first thought), so does anyone know anything else?

My wedding gift was going to be some excellent whiskey, but I'm thinking that wouldn't be such a good idea now. I do have the perfect gift already picked out for her after the babe is born (sushi things!).

Unfortunately, I can't ask her. We were just getting to know each other a couple of years ago. Her husband works with mine and we were one the first to know about both the wedding and baby. And she's really nice. And I always mess stuff like this up.

Help!

Personally, I would go for vouchers. You really can't go wrong!

check out the stuff you can buy from here www.activebirthcentre.com . Is it her first pregancy? If so she'll probably be really into it and appreciate some special pampering stuff - I got the Preparing for Labour, Birth and Breastfeeding Pack and the Pregnancy Skincare Set when I was pg and it was fab - really nice smellies
