How many people put their kids in UV suits instead of swimming costumes / trunks for beach / outdoor pools?

How much did you pay? and where did you buy?

Always use them as we live in Cyprus. I tend to use Lion in the Sun ones as I can get them sent here. DD currently has a Sainsburys one and an Adams one which are just as good and I suspect a fraction of the price but as they were resents I'm not sure but they do work.

luckylady74 · 03/06/2007 16:44

i got the mothercare ones because they had really long arms and legs - like my jojo bebe maman ones, but much cheaper. my dd is very pale so i need to cover her up every where!

ChasingSquirrels · 03/06/2007 16:48

asda have suits for £10 or shorts and top set for £8.

seb1 · 03/06/2007 16:51

Matalan have them I think they are about £6

tassis · 03/06/2007 18:00

only for abroad, but I live in chilly Scotland

i got mine for a fiver from someone on MN

We've had Speedo and Sainsbury's one. The Speedo were thicker and wore better(no bobbling or colour run) but the cheaper one did the job as well and had a coordinating hat. ds is getting a bit too old for one but think he'll still wear a rash shirt with shorts
