a friend of mine is looking to paint a design onto the vinyl? spare wheel cover that he has on the back of his car.
You all know what I mean don't you? I'm sure you do.
Anyway I think it's Vinyl, does anybody know what kind of paint or if there even is a type of paint that he can use on it?
He would prefer paint rather than spray paint as he wants to paint the design free hand rather than a stencil.
