Trinity, looking for exactly the same thing, I hate flaps. I have a little company one now, but it's grey and horrible and doesn't have enough pockets (although no flap). I had a skip hop but the rain came in the top a few times which really annoyed me (there's no zip across the top, unless this has changed recently in which case I'd consider buying one again). Have you seen the Allerhand carryon bag, you might like that one or not messenger-enough? Quite colourful. Misdee, does the Little Company bag you have hang on the pushchair?

misdee · 03/06/2007 22:30

the black one does..the other one is good for strollers.

Trinityrhino · 03/06/2007 22:32

so the skip hop one I have on my watxch list doesn't have a zip across the top???????

other one? you mean the blue one you linked to earlier? am confused

trinity, little company do a non-flap messenger in a few colours.

accessorizewithbabysick · 03/06/2007 22:32

no, not if the design hasn't changed. Anyone else with a skip hop?

misdee · 03/06/2007 22:35

nop its velcro across the top.

the dash is just a flap, no zip, which is easy to get into. is smaller than the duo though.

wil ladd pics of my LC bags in a moment.

Trinityrhino · 03/06/2007 22:37

this one only has velcro????

does it leak misdee or do you still think its good?

Trinityrhino · 03/06/2007 22:38

misdee · 03/06/2007 22:39

my stuff hasnt got wet yet but havent taken it out i na downpour

accessorizewithbabysick · 03/06/2007 22:40

The glam looks like it might have better fastening across the top, but of course more expensive at 75 pounds!!!

accessorizewithbabysick · 03/06/2007 22:42

Ah, took mine out in a downpour, everything soaked (actually happened twice, then I sold it for the little company). What about the ones on this page, trinity? They do loads of different styles.

misdee · 03/06/2007 22:50

bag pictures in my profile.

i found the black one the best with two in cloth. it really can hold a hell of a lot.

it has press studd fasteners o the handle, so you can loop it over handlebars

Trinityrhino · 03/06/2007 22:53

thanks misdee, looks plenty big enough
but black is booooooring

OP posts:
misdee · 03/06/2007 22:53

lol!

you are fussy!

sohappyicouldcry · 03/06/2007 23:03

Tesco still do free carrier bags !! They're waterproof too .......

I have the old style bugaboo bag (rucksack style). Great bag, love it. (Also have to say I like the pink camo bag you're looking at, but would clash with my pram)

Trinityrhino · 03/06/2007 23:08

thanks so happy

hmm tesco bag, maybe maybe, at least it isn't black

OK, I tried to entice you with my Debenhams bag to no avail. I also have this. I know, I know, it was a gift! But you cannot accuse it of being boring. It also comes in a ladybird and turtle style if penguins are not your thing.

Trinityrhino · 03/06/2007 23:14

actually I quite liked that but couldn't get over the fact that it has no eyes.....poor penguin

oh shit now they really will know you are crazy

I find that any little kid who sees will offer to draw some on.

Trinityrhino · 03/06/2007 23:25

roffle

OP posts:
MissTea4Me · 03/06/2007 23:26

who see it. Haven't taken any of them up on their offers yet, though.

accessorizewithbabysick · 04/06/2007 08:15

Ooh, thanks for photos misdee. I did spot the black one last night whilst surfing, but the one I have is fairly similar and things just keep getting lost in there as it's a black cavern. I only have 1 in cloth, but one who poos in his pants 6 times a day too
