Both my DCs are starting new schools in September which means using buses. So I have decided that they will both have mobile phones. I am not tech savvy and although I have a smartphone, it has no access to the internet (my choice) so Im looking for recommendations of what may be suitable. I want them to be able to phone obviously, text, take photos. I do want to limit their access to the internet and to apps. My DS is on the spectrum and easily hooked to a screen so it would be too distracting for him. Are all phones the same? Does it make any difference which one they get? What have you chosen for your DC and why? All advice much appreciated.!
