They have got them on special offer in our local shop at the mpment and I just wondered if they were ab=ny good as our coffee machine packed up a couple of weeks ago.

i don't have one because i think they are a bad idea. you can only use their refills so it works out more expensive. well, i am Scottish!

Good point but it's all fairly cheap out here so I'm not bothered about the oney, I just want ot know if they make a nice cup of coffee!

Hi

I've got one and I think it's great - they have two nozzles so you can either do one or two cup size coffees at the same time. I like my coffee in a mug so i bung one under both nozzles and press the 'two cups' button and it's the perfect amount for a mug.

You do have to buy specific coffee pods but they are not too expensive. It recommends that you put two pods into the machine when you choose the 'two cups' option but I never do and just use one and get good medium strength coffee. You probably would need to use two if you like very strong coffee.

Hope that all made sense

... and they do a variety of different senseo coffee pod varieties - if you are a coffee lover I would go for the speciality types like Java or Brazil rather than the bog standard senseo pods.

Thank you for that, really helpful

Psychomum has one - I really like it, there are a few different makes of pods to go in it now, not just the official senseo ones (although steer clear of aldi ones unless you want to drink cats p*ss )

We use 2 pods for 2 big mugs iyswim

yes we have one and it's great. esp for dh who is in a rush in the morning so he just switches it on, and when it's heated up can just press the button so it pours his coffee while he butters his toast or whatever. The senseo pods aren't all that expensive really, but then only dh drinks coffee in our house.
