Toddler proof kitchen bin anyone?

Does anyone know of a good kitchen bin to have when you have a toddler around? DD (almost 17mths) has taken to fishing things out of the bin to eat (despite having already eaten enough to stuff a child 5 times her size).

(if it stops labradors that would also be good )

could you have a much smaller one for food waste and put it somewhere high? I find food waste doesn't have much volume - it's packets and boxes that take up space.

Hi, You can get bins with lockable lids. I think tesco direct and argos sell them.
