Has anyone got one of these? Is it worth the extra ££ as it says it will do a child up to 2 as opposed to the regular bouncy chairs which will probably be used for no more than about 8 months?

Thanks!

We've got one, DD 14 months uses it occasionally. Haven't used it that much but it certainly is possible to use it till they are older than the regular ones.

Did you use it while weaning or anything like that? Am second thoughts now you say it wasn't really used that often.

No reason why you couldn't but as she was no2 we had a highchair that reclined - DD was a very reluctant weaner anyway and didn't eat solids till 10 months by which time she was well and truely sitting up. I think it is a good chair and am happy with it but with DS didn't use a chair at all and I suppose despite having it I still tended to put DD on floor as long as she was safe from DS.

Really loved our one until DS began to stand up and turn around in it at 8 months. Hasn't been used since for fear of major head injury. 3 point harness really ineffective at restraining baby with Houdini tendencies.
