I might have dreamt this but I thought I'd read an article recently about a new style of blackout blind that is made or hung in such a way so as to cut out 100% of the light (ie, none at the sides where it isn't flush to the window and none at the top where you have the space to allow for the roll mechanism).
Anyone?
