Can anyone recommend a good baby bath for a very wriggly 5 month old?

The question is in the title really. We have a plastic thing with suckers on the bottom, which sits in the bottom of our normal bath, but he's too big for it now. Any other ideas please? Although my first baby, I have the impression DS is unusually active for his age. Many thanks.

Can you not just bath him in a normal bath?

you can put him in a regular bath - put a towel on the bottom so he can't slip
you can buy seats etc to put in the bath as well, but the towel option is cheaper!

your best bet is what we have done since DS was about a week old (now 3 in a few weeks) bath the baby with his Dad or with you if Dad is not available x

I echo the above - I bath my also very wriggly 5 month old with me and she loves it!!! I will continue doing it until me or dh think it is inappropriate. She sometimes baths with dh too. And at least it means you get a wash every day!

Ah, excellent idea Rubyslippers, thanks.
I would have no prob bathing with ds but it's just a bit time consuming and we tend to have showers in the morning whereas baby is bathed in the evening.
Thanks v much for your contributions everyone.
