In London we are definitely going to have to get rid of our faithful diesel car in the next 3 years and go electric.
What are my options for a workhorse type car? It has to be
- electric (or hybrid)
- 5 + 2 seats (i.e. a 5 seater that can convert to a 7 seater if needed)
- able to handle the odd long (300 mile) journey without having to stop and recharge the car
- have a massive boot
- cheap
I'm guessing that motor manufacturers are going to have to bring out more hybrid vehicles but the options at the moment seem pretty thin on the ground.
