You might be able to get someone like Waitrose to deliver a bottle wine / luxury chocolates etc

depends on the delivery slots but I managed it once

what about buying a nice bunch of flowers and delivering it yourself? or is that crazy talk?

i used to work at a fruit shop, and they would have delivered on a bh, maybe try a small independent one?
