DIY paint - help!

Whilst on holiday I reserved over a massive boulder by the road. The sound was terrifying but all I have done is scratched paintwork at the very bottom of my car. My car is quite new and no-one would see the scratch but I know it’s there and it bothers me.

Do these DIY applications work ok? It doesn’t have to be a perfect job because of where it is. I have found a company called Fixachip who match your paint to your reg number, make and model and it comes in a pot with an applicator brush.

Does this work? Never done it before.

reversed not reserved, obviously. It would have been better if I had.

With paint, as ling as you remember the 5 "P's"

Preparation prevents piss poor paintwork!

Take you time cleaning the area properly, if the scratch is deep then you might need many layers over several weeks to fill the scratch, polishing of any excess over the area.

Good luck!
