Phil & Teds - is it a v2 or not?

What is the difference between the e3 & the e3v2? Also, should the shopping basket be held on by cable ties near the back wheel, or is this a fix because the poppers have gone?

Original E3 is narrower in the seat. The toddler seat zips on to the main seat when in newborn/toddler mode. Single rain cover velcros on to the hood and footrest. Shopping basket is held on with poppers on mine. HTH

Sorry bagpuss, don't quite get what you mean. This buggy does have a zip on the 'main' seat. It reclines the seat slightly when undone.

Right, well, the second seat also has zips and you just slide the frame out and then zip the fabric bit on to the main seat so that it sits above the newborn bit. On a V2 you just slide the whole of the second seat onto the main frame of the buggy (where the bumper bar usually goes) via adaptors to hold it in place. That is probably still as clear as mud sorry .

Oh, on a V1 the harness has an embroidered "Phil & Ted's Most Excellent Buggy Company" design and on the V2 it is a rubber Phil & Ted's badge.

Still clear as mud, but hopefully that's because I've got a v2 The second seat slides onto the adaptors like you describe, no zips involved.

There is also a rubber badge like you describe.

Thanks for that
