i am considering getting one of these for ds for when we are out and about. but we've tried those booster seat ones that fit on a normal chair and he nearly tipped it over.

has anyone elses lo tipped over in a handysitt?

No, handysitt seems to me very stable.

FAB - swear by ours, in fact I use it all the time now for my 12 mo and have given up on his cumbersome highchair totally. Let's him sit up at the table and eat with us, I think they are totally safe and they are far easier to clean!

PrettyCandles · 24/05/2007 15:34

We've used handysits many times in restautrants and I've been very impressed.

We used our handy sitt for dd1 (now 4), it's now in the garage waiting for dd2 (10 months) to use.

Would definitely recommend it. Especially for taking with you to IL's, restaurants and on holiday.

amidaiwish · 24/05/2007 16:37

i don't even have a highchair my handysitt is so good.
it's not light though, so not great for carting around with you place to place.

CarGirl · 24/05/2007 16:46

Litaf do a plastic version so that would probably be better for out and about def a lot lighter think it's called the hand and sit????

nappyaddict · 24/05/2007 16:52

isn't it called the seat to go?

absolutely fantastic alternative to a high chair... great for cleaning, storing and just very pleasing on the eye too! dd (5) and ds (3) are still in theirs!!!

high;y recommended!!!

sammysam · 25/05/2007 15:14

Is the Hang n seat as long lasting as the handysit iyswim? How old is the average LO at 33lbs?

nappyaddict · 25/05/2007 20:30

id say about 3.

the handysitt is brilliant I have two here for my girls one at my mums and one at in laws I love the fact that you dont have a bulky highchair to store or taking up space at the table. My girls have never tipped the seats and they are real climbers

sammysam · 30/05/2007 15:57

Oh dear-i was trying to convince myself we didn't need one but i think we do!!!!

But do we get the handysitt or the hang n seat?

Anyone ever compared the 2?
